The last themed day of the 2023 Asian Film Festival was dedicated exclusively to Vietnam. On Tuesday 4 April, starting at 3:00 pm at the Cinema Farnese ArtHouse, the protagonist of the screen was a very special cinematography that offers different works among them, such as the elegant Jasmine, a precise portrait of a city community by Dang Nhat Minh and The brilliant darkness!, a film in competition with dazzling contrasts, directed by Aaron Toronto, present in the hall who introduced the film. Furthermore, on the occasion of the screening of Memento Mori – Earth, Cao Thanh Lan & Gregor Siedl, authors of the film’s music, will be exceptionally present in the hall.
The initiative is in collaboration with the Vietnam Embassy in Italy, Ambassador Duong Hai Hung spoke greeting the audience and introducing the evening.
